ICOBox CEO Andriy Zinchuk Resigned
Date: December 8, 2018
Andriy Zinchuk decided to step down as the CEO at ICOBox. His last day at work was December 7, 2018. As the reason for this move Andriy named his wish to put all his efforts into developing his own projects.

"It was a great honor for me to work with such a dedicated and expert team," said the company's former top executive.

Andriy came to ICOBox in July of this year, and his expertise has been vital for the company in this difficult year for the crypto market. Specifically, he had direct input in developing and implementing ICOBox's new development strategy, which involves moving away from utility tokens and ICOs towards security tokens and STOs.

"We are extremely grateful to Andriy for everything he's done for the company," says ICOBox co-founder Anar Babaev. "He proved himself to be a first-rate manager and an ace professional, who knows all the ins and outs of the market and is finely attuned to its every shift."

ICOBox is undergoing an organizational restructuring and is not considering new candidates for the CEO position at this time. All management is being handled by the company's two co-founders and Managing Partners, Daria Generalova and Anar Babaev. Daria is in charge of international markets, and Anar oversees Russia and other Russian-speaking countries. The two top managers have full parity in making key management decisions.

Andriy Zinchuk's departure will have no negative effect on the company's operations. All work will continue as it has before, and all obligations to the clients will be delivered as promised.
